Visits and activities at Agrisera's facilities in May

The month of May was a busy month for us, with several visits and activities at Agrisera. In the beginning of May, Agrisera representatives were present at a "Work Fair" for students, together with 17 other Life Science companies from Umeå. We received a lot of interest, and arranged a visit at our facilities for students from Umeå University the following week. This event, which many attended, offered information on job possibilities at our company, a presentation of our organisation, a guided tour of our facilities, as well as conversations with our staff.

Later the same month, Agrisera was visited by a group of final-year students from the science program at the local Maja Beskow secondary school. The students were shown our facilities, who we are, and what we do at Agrisera. We hope to have sparked their interest in pursuing science further, to eventually become our colleagues.Further, Agrisera CEO Erika Gelfgren, together with staff from our labs, attended the event "Job talk", held for students of Life Science and Biotechnology from Umeå University, where Agrisera, and future job possibilities at our company were presented.
