Agrisera at the local events this week

At the local event: "Meet Umeå Biotech" held on Monday 21st of October, Anton Langman from Agrisera protein lab and Anna Henningsson, presented our company in a 5-minutes pitch for the audience of 160 students from Umeå University. In total, 8 local companies were presenting, and the presentations were followed by Q&A session. 

On 22nd of October, Joanna Porankiewicz Asplund met with phd students and post docs from Umeå Plant Science Centre (UPSC) and presented to them possibilities outside academia. Joanna´s background is in plant physiology. Before switching to the industry, Joanna finished her Ph.D. at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland and continued her academic career as a Postdoc at UPSC. After her Postdoc, Joanna joined the antibody-producing biotech company - Agrisera where she is working for the last 25 years.
