Samples: 1,2 - Cell lysate from Arabidopsis thaliana leaves, overexpressing UVR3 fused to GFP.
3,4 - UVR3-GFP immunoprecipitated using GFP-Trap Agarose beads (Chromotec) from Arabidopsis thaliana leaves overexpressing UVR3 fused to GFP Cell lysate from E.coli expressing recombinant protein UVR3 with his-tag. 5,6 – before induction
7,8 – after induction, and production of proteinSamples were separated on 12% SDS-PAGE, blotted 0,5h using semi-dry transfer. Nitrocellulose membrane were blocked with 0,5% milk for 1h. Blot was incubated in the primary antibody diluted 1:1 000 ON/4ºC. After rising blot was incubated with secondary antibody goat anti rabbit IgG HRP conjugated (Agrisera. AS09 602) diluted 1:10 000. Detection: chemiluminescence. Mass Marker: Page Ruler Protein Ladder.

Background: (6-4)DNA photolyase; Involved in repair of UV radiation-induced DNA damage. Catalyzes the photoreactivation of pyrimidine [6-4] pyrimidone photoproduct (6-4 products).
