Format: Lyophilized Quantity: 100 ”g 1000 ”g Storage: Store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C/-80°C. Reconstitute in deionized sterile water to a concentration from 0.1-1.0 mg/ml and add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration). 50 % glycerol is a default final recommended concentration. Make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please remember to spin the tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from material adhering to the cap or sides of the tube. Working aliquotes can be stored at 4℃ for up to one week.Shelf life of liquid form is 6 monthss at -20°C/-80°C. The shelf life of lyophilized form is 12 months at -20°C/-80°C. Western blot using 200 ng/well of His tag-tagged SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid recombinant protein overexpressed in E. coli, detected by anti-Nucleoprotein (N) of Novel Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2/ 2019-nCoV (human) antibodies (AS20 4387) used at 1:1000 and combined with Goat Anti-Human IgG, Fcγ Fragment Specific, HRP conjugated secondary antibodies (AS20 4390) at 1: 20 000. Reaction was visualised with chemiluminescent detection reagent according to manufacture's recommendations.
Note: Predicted band size: 48 kDa Observed band size: 55 kDaFunctional ELISA of immobilized Nucleoprotein (N) at 5 μg/ml which can bind anti-Nucleoprotein (N) of Novel Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2/ 2019-nCoV (human) antibodies (AS20 4387), with the EC50 43.50-118.4 ng/ml.
