Application example
0.5 ug chl from Synechocystissp. PCC 6803 membrane fraction (1) and soluble fraction (2) and Thermosynechococcus elongatus (3); Synechocystis was prepared as a soluble and membrane fractions. Separated on 12% SDS-PAGE and blotted overnight at 4C to PVDF membrane. Membrane was blocked for 1h using 0.2% tween 20 in TBS. Probed with anti-HemC antibody in TTBS (AS08 357, 1:2000, 4h) and secondary anti-rabbit in TTBS (1:10000,1h). Blot was developed for 5 min with chemiluminescent detection reagent and image of the blot was obtained using Fuji LAS 4000.
