Minimum cross reactivity is observed to non-immunoglobulin goat serum proteins and human,mouse and rabbit IgG/serum based on immunoelectrophoresis.
BSA and milk have to be replaced by other blocking reagents, like doneky serum or commercial formulations which are free from bovine IgG. - Background

Background: Chicken anti-goat IgG (H&L), Rhodamine (TRITC-tetramethylrhodamine-5-isothiocyanate) conjugated, is a secondary antibody which binds to goat IgGs in immunological assays.
